2007 Resolutions

Christmas is over. 2007 will be here in a week. I've made some resolutions; physical, emotional and spiritual. Physically; I will get into the best shape of my life. This past year was crazy and I slacked off when it came to working out. I know that working out will make me feel better over all. Emotionally and mentally; I will never again allow another person to rob me of my self worth and dignity. I will continue to believe in love, but I will go into it with my eyes WIDE open. People make mistakes, so I will forgive and in return, hopefully be forgiven. I will hold on to the good memories and let go of the painful ones. I will strive to be the best man and dad I can be.
2006 was filled with painful changes, but I needed the changes, I see that now. Time to move forward and live again, and I will LIVE again. I spent 2006 sitting and existing, not LIVING. I guess I didn't have the strength to get up, but I do now. Its good to feel good again.

Releasing the pressure, that makes heart aches: Soon this dam will break.
